Refunds and Cancellations

Thank you very much for your recent purchase. We hope you are happy with your Animated Video purchased. However if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may receive a full refund subject to the following.

Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

REFUNDS
Should you receive incorrect Animated Video that is not to your expectations, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date and we will arrange, as appropriate, a credit or a refund. Refunds may take 30 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In the event that we are unable to continue our Service, we will give you notice in writing and refund the balance of funds, dependent upon use and once the refund has been issued, you acknowledge we have no further liability in respect of the cancellation.

REFUND TERMS

Refund for Animated Videos (of any kind) is subject to the following express terms & conditions to be ELIGIBLE:

+ You have exhausted the FREE 3 revisions for your chosen Animated Video (as per your package).

+ You have paid RM 500 to obtain another 3 revisions for us to rework the Animated Video according to your requirements. Having done so we are still unable to come to a suitable agreement and you do not accept delivery of the said video.

+ Or in certain cases where in the sole opinion of Elevate Digital Media and its executives – the refund is warranted.

In all cases for refund processing, Elevate Digital Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make the final decision on whether or not the case is warranted and is eligible for a refund.

 

RETURN PROCESS
We may require return to us of the Goods with proof of purchase before actioning an exchange, credit or refund request. Any refund will be made using your original payment method or another method at our discretion.

 

EXCEPTIONS
If you are unable to proceed or respond with the process of creation that you have purchased, you may nominate a replacement delegate to respond in your stead.

Because of the time consuming nature of coaching, mentorship & consulting programs, we do not offer refunds on any such programs.

We also do not offer refunds on custom made illustrations or graphical design made as part of your videos (if any).

 

RETURN PROCESS
For physical items: To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
